Mercia Park is a ground-breaking 3.5m sq ft manufacturing and logistics development off J11 of the M42 on the Leicestershire-Derbyshire border, home to Jaguar Land Rover's Global Logistics Centre alongside a flagship facility for global transport and logistics company DSV.

A modern, efficient,
global operation
Mercia Park, is home to a new global parts logistics centre for Jaguar Land Rover, which includes buildings ranging from 30,000 sq ft to just over one million sq ft.
The new logistics centre enables the company to consolidate a number of warehouses in ten different UK locations into one global aftermarket parts operation, in modern more efficient BREEAM Excellent buildings, whilst also reducing the companies freight traffic by up to 25 per cent.

The park is also home to a state-of-the-art campus comprising 522,000 sq ft industrial facility and offices for global transport and logistics company DSV.
The campus has three buildings designed and executed to meet DSV's global standard with high quality office spaces and warehouses and will help to accommodate all three divisions of DSV and provide logistics services for two existing platforms clients whilst ensuring both seasonal capacity and growth can be accommodated.
